The Story Behind BTCG
I didn't start as a friction translator. I started as someone experiencing friction in my marriage, my business partnerships, and my teams. I knew something was wrong, but I couldn't name it.
That changed when I discovered the ADVanced Insights Assessment. Suddenly, I had language for what I was experiencing. The friction wasn't personal, it was a behavioral & communication gap. And those gaps can be bridged.
Since then, I've dedicated my career to helping others make the same discovery. Through BTCG (Bridging the Connection Gap), I've worked with individuals, couples, teams, and organizations to diagnose their friction and translate it into connection.
My mission is simple: Help people understand each other better so they can connect more deeply.
