ABOUT
Helping people build environments where who they are is enough.
The Story Behind BTCG
I didn't start as an environment architect. I started as someone whose environments weren't working, in my marriage, my business partnerships, and my team. I knew something was off, but I couldn't name what was missing.
That changed when I discovered the ADVanced Insights Assessment. Suddenly, I had language for what was happening. The environments I was in weren't built around what I needed. Or what the people I loved needed. And that gap, between the environment you're in and the one you actually need, that's what can be bridged.
Since then, I've dedicated my career to helping others make the same discovery. Through BTCG (Bridging the Connection Gap), I've worked with individuals, couples, teams, and organizations to understand what they need from their environment and build it. Right where they are.
My mission is simple: Helping people develop the awareness to understand what they need, what others need, and how to build environments where everyone can show up as the best versions of themselves. Right where you are.
People-First Approach
I don't believe in difficult people. I believe in environments that aren't built around what people need.
When the environment doesn't honor who you are, everything feels harder than it should. That's not a people problem. It's an environment problem. And it's fixable.
When I work with you, I'm not trying to fix anyone. The preference gaps (how you each prefer the environment to operate), the passion gaps (what engages vs. drains each person), and the process gaps (what each person needs to process before moving forward).
Data-Driven
We measure three dimensions:
Preference (how you prefer your environment to operate), Passion (what engages you versus what drains you), Process (what you process first before moving forward).
You don't get my opinion on what's wrong.
You get diagnostic findings that show exactly where the gap exists between your current environment and the one you need, and a roadmap for building it.
