The Science of Connection
OUR APPROACH
Our methodology helps people develop the awareness to understand what they need from their environment, what others need from theirs, and how to build environments where everyone can show up as their best.
What Does it Mean to be connected?
Being connected means having the self, other, and environment-awareness to build spaces where people can show up as the best versions of themselves.
This means:
→ Understanding what YOU need from your environment to show up as your best
→ Understanding what OTHERS need from their environment to show up as their best
→ Building environments where everyone can succeed
When you're connected, you stop adapting by default and start building with intention.
Your environment needs to give you three things to set you up to succeed. When any of these are missing, you feel it. These are the three areas we diagnose.
Three Needs Your Environment Must Meet
PREFERENCE (DISC)
Doing things the right way.
PASSION (Values)
Involved in what actually matters to you.
PROCESS (Attributes)
Focused on what's most important first.
The EBIB Framework
How your patterns create your experience.
Environment → Belief → Identity → Behavior
The ADVanced Insights Assessment
Our diagnostic process is built on the ADVanced Insights assessment, a validated behavioral tool that measures three dimensions:
DISC Behavioral Styles
( Your natural pace and approach)
How you prefer to operate. Do you need fast-paced variety or steady consistency? Lots of interaction or independent focus? Quick decisions or time to process?
Driving Values
(What motivates you at the deepest level)
What engages you versus what drains you. Is your environment aligned with what fills you, or is it pulling you toward things that empty you?
Attributes
(How you approach decisions)
What you process first before you can move forward. Do you lead with people, results, or structure? This shapes how you evaluate every decision and interaction.
Together, these three dimensions reveal what you need to be your best .
