Each participant completes the ADVanced Insights assessment (15-20 minutes). We measure 3 friction types: Preference, Passion, and Process.
Analysis
Our team generates your diagnostic reports, identifying friction patterns and behavioral gaps that are creating friction.
Debrief
Direction
Findings presented in your format, individual, joint sessions, or team presentations. Leave with total clarity on the friction source.

Three Types of Conflict
PREFERENCE
Behavioral Lens (DISC)
How you prefer to show up. This measures your natural preferences. How you approach problems, interact with people, pace your environment, and respond to structure. It shows your authentic self versus how you’re adapting to your current environment. When those two don’t match, it costs you energy.
PASSION
Motivational Lens (Values)What drives your motivation and engagement. This measures your internal drivers. What energizes you, what drains you, and what you’re willing to fight for. When your environment aligns with your top values, engagement is effortless. When it ignores them, you’re constantly running on empty.
PROCESS
Decision Lens (Attributes)How you prioritize and organize decisions. This measures your decision-making lens: how you see the world (through people, results, or systems), and how you see yourself. This is where your thinking patterns create the biggest gaps with people who organize and prioritize differently.

Once you see your patterns clearly, you can see where gaps emerge in how you connect with others.
